Fried Chicken Fillet with Marinara Sauce



Ingredients Needed

2 pc Chicken breast

2 eggs

1 cup of all-purpose flour

1 cup of Panko bread crumbs

1 pack tomato sauce 

1 pack tomato paste

Onions and Garlic

Pepper and salt

Cooking Oil


STEPS FOR THE CHICKEN

  1. Remove the chicken from the freezer the night before you cook it

  2. Clean the chicken and ready the first 4 ingredients, and season it

  3. Once the chicken is clean, bread it with egg first, then flour, the bread crumbs,then egg, then crumbs again to give additional crispness

  4. Ready your hot oil, and put it in low heat

  5. Place the chicken for 5-10 minutes to cook on low heat

  6. Remove the chicken and let it rest for at least 2 minutes

  7. Set your oil to high heat

  8. Place your chicken to cook the outside to give its crunchiness

  9. Take it out after 1-3 minutes

  10.  Place it on a sheet of paper towel to let the excess oil out


STEPS FOR THE MARINARA SAUCE

  1. Mince the Onions and the garlic, and ready your tomato sauce

  2. Ready a pan and place 1tbs of oil, on low heat

  3. Place the onions then the garlic onto the pan

  4. Once caramelized, place the tomato sauce, then season it

  5. Once it starts to simmer, add a little tomato paste.

  6. Once fully combined, place it on a bowl and prepare to plate


STEPS FOR PLATING 

  1. Get a nice plate out of a random cabinet 

  2. Cut the chicken into several pieces 

  3. Place the cut chicken as a whole on the middle of the plate

  4. Place the marinara sauce on top or the side of the chicken

  5. Shred the quick melt cheese on the sauce.

  6. Add some garnish on top.
