Breakfast Recipe (Cornsilog)

Ingredients… 

  • CornBeef

  • 4 Eggs

  • Leftover rice

  • Coffee (brewed) 

  • Garlic

  • Onions

  • Potatoes

  • Oil


Procedure (Rice)

  • Ready all ingredients needed and all tools needed

  • Mince the garlic into tiny pieces

  • Get the pan, and heat is for less than a minute

  • Place oil, preferably used and with flavor

  • Place the minced garlic into the hot pan

  • Place the cold rice onto the steaming pan

  • Place a bit of salt and chili paste/flakes for added flavor

  • Mix it around the pan to cook

  • Once caramelization is detected, place the cooked rice into a big plate

  • Serve to guest

Procedure (Corn Beef)

  • Ready all ingredients needed and tools needed

  • Slice up onions, potatoes, and garlic into rings and tiny pieces

  • Get a pan and add oil and let it heat for a few minutes

  • Add the sliced potatoes to the pan

  • Ready the corned beef aside

  • Get another pan, and add the garlic and onions

  • Then add the corned beef to the second pan.

  • Add chili flakes. paste

  • When the potatoes are cooked, place them on a towel

  • Then place them in the pan with the corned beef 

  • When it simmers, place them on a plate then serve

Procedure (Eggs)

  • Ready 4 eggs

  • Add a bit of oil to the pan and heat it for a few seconds

  • Add the egg 

  • Add a pinch of salt as it cooks

  • When it is fully cooked, place is on a plate

  • Do the same procedure for the rest of the eggs

  • Serve.
